1Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Mushfile. Mushfile may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and any balance held may be forfeited.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Your login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC process is completed.

2Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Mushfile supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Rocket, and Nagad, as well as standard bank transfers. Mushfile does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees; however, transaction charges applied by the respective mobile banking services may apply.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed through the same method used for the original deposit — this is part of our anti-money laundering policy.

3Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Mushfile offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements and validity period, clearly stated on the bonus offers page.

Each bonus is applicable once per account only. Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Withdrawals from bonus winnings may be subject to a maximum cap — typically 5–10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Mushfile reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse of promotional bonuses or fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed.

4Sports Betting Rules

Before placing any Sports Betting wagers on Mushfile, please make sure you fully understand the rules for each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless Mushfile offers a Cash Out option.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In accumulator bets, a cancelled leg will be counted with odds of 1.00. Mushfile reserves the right to void any live bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits may vary across different markets.
• You can add up to 10 legs to an Accumulator bet.
• Mushfile reserves the right to review or void bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5Casino & Slots

All Mushfile casino games are tested and certified fair through internationally recognized RNG (Random Number Generator) certification. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on the game's info page.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Mushfile will endeavor to refund the bet amount involved. However, no dispute will be entertained once the game result has been recorded on the server.

• Suspicious transactions related to money laundering.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other users or Mushfile staff.

You may also request account closure at any time. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.

9Dispute Resolution

If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to Mushfile's licensing authority. Server logs and transaction records shall serve as the final evidence in any dispute resolution.

Mushfile reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
